Hatha, Restorative (breath work) and Yin (holding stretches) Yoga practice. Suitable for beginners, all ages and abilities. Classes held in the beautiful village of Tewin. Light and airy venue overlooking Tewin Upper Green with plenty of parking. Small equipment provided, please bring your own mat.
